NECC Partners with Collegiate Valorant Hub for Cherry Cup Valorant Charity Tournament

Valorant Charity Tournament Set to Take Place Saturday-Sunday, April 15-16

The National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) has partnered with Collegiate Valorant Hub to announce the Cherry Cup event. This two-day charity Valorant Tournament is for marginalized gender players. The tournament will be raising money for the Trevor Project, a crisis service for LGBTQ+ youth.

For more information, including how to register for the tournament, please see below.

The tournament will take place on the weekend of April 15-16 in the intermission between the NECC regular seasons and the playoffs, and is intended for teams of marginalized gender players all from the same university.

The Cherry Cup was an idea from the NECC's recently-formed Community Engagement Committee and speaks to the committee's mission of diversity, equity, and inclusion for all players.
